Students enrolled in the adult martial arts fitness program will be offered a semi-flexible curriculum, allowing them to branch off into the styles that interest them most, once they developed the necessary basics. From there, students in this program can participate in demonstrations, stunt work, competitions, or even convert to a more intensive program if desired.
